CST, or CranioSacral Therapy, is noted
for excellent results with headaches, migraines, neck pain, low back
and sacral pain,
sciatica, sinusitis,
TMJ, vertigo, PTSD and various post surgical or post accident dysfunctions.
CST uses a light touch to detect and correct bony and membranous restrictions.
CranioSacral Therapy is a confusing title for many applications of bodywork.
Cranio means head and sacral is the end of the spine closer to the
tailbone. Under CST, are several bodies of work, including somato- emotional
release.
Elynn has combined the best of several emotional
release techniques for an efficient and less traumatic process.
The cerebrospinal fluid that bathes the brain and fills the spinal column
creates a "wave" that can be felt anywhere in the body. The therapist
feels where motion is restricted, chaotic or out or harmony. Using a
gentle holding, harmony is restored and function is restored.
CranioSacral Therapy is used to "unwind" the entire body and
release blocks to the body's natural self-corrective mechanisms. When
the body has fewer restrictions, it is more readily able to correct and
heal itself. The client has more energy available...life gets easier,
less painful and more joyful.
